Paneer kathi Moong Daal Roll Recipe

  Ingredients: Paneer 200 GM - more preferable if it is home made from A2 Cow milk or store bought from a trusted source,  carrot 2 medium sized,  capsicum 3, onion 2,  tomato 2, garlic 3 slices, ginger small piece, coriander, garam masala 1.5 tsp, Haldi powder 1/2 tsp, chilli powder 1.5 tsp, 2 spicy green chillies, Salt as per taste, Moong Daal Batter, Oil 1 tsp, Hung curd 400 gms. Green chutney. Why this: To satiate your hunger in a true sense by protein and veggies combo. Process: Seperate the water from curd by wrapping it in cotton cloth for atleast 30 mins to an hour, Chop carrots, capsicum and 1 onion lenght wise and saute them on medium flame in 1 tsp oil till medium crunchy. Grind tomato, onion, coriander, garlic, ginger, onion, chillies. Make green moong daal dosas - keep them ready ( recipe separately attached). Make small pieces of paneer. Protein Bar Recipe

Ingredients: 1.5 Cup Groundnut, 0.5 Cup Jaggery, 1 Cup Dark Chocolate bar, 1 Total Cup mix seeds- Flaxseeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Chia seeds, Sunflower Seeds. 1 tsp coconut oil. Why this: To satiate your hunger and sweet tooth. To boost your energy. Grab and Go..No Sit and eat. Process: Roast Groundnuts to peanuts for about 10 mins. Cool down. Next in another bowl mix all seeds. Grind the seeds to coarse mixture. Grind peanuts till smooth powder form. Add jaggery, coconut oil to above mixture and again grind till it turns into fine mixture. Spread the above the mixture in square or rectangle vessel - steel is ideal.  Press it evenly. Freeze the mixture for 7 mins. Another bowl heat dark chocolate with double boiler method.  Add the seeds mixture to melted chocolate. Spread this mixture to peanut spread evenly. Freeze this for 10 mins. Turn the vessel upside down, tap few times s, and here it comes out. Cut it into pieces. And relish. Share with your family and friends. And it's done...

  Visited this innovative school, at a remote village Chasara located in Kutch, Gujarat. It has a total of 63 students. Manjulaben teacher has developed a beautiful kitchen garden and medicinal plants concept which is planted by the students, also they daily water the plants. And when these plants bear fruits and vegetables, all the students would gather up, pluck, wash and relish the tasty vegetables. Eg. Moringa, Drumstick. They would boil it, sprinkle it with salt and red chilli powder and offer it to students.
