When you quieten your mind, you enter the mindfulness zone. You start seeing yourself from an expanded mindset.
Here is where you can entire into the realm of thoughts and your beliefs.
This helps in aligning our energies towards a greater purpose.
You start making conscious choices. You unleash the universal design and order to flow into your life.
You are naturally aligned in an acceptance state.
There are various situations in my life in which I have experienced the flow of awareness.
A zone which is operating in free flow of energies wherein you are aware.
Still you are a spectator of yourself and yet you are living your life completely - fully. And also you are enjoying your state of being.
The starting point is awareness.
Start observing your routine.
Try to have a balanced routine where you're not exploiting your senses.
Eg. Avoid binge watching social media to the point your brain gets tired
Have regulated meals.
Talk to your stomach, eat when you are really feeling hungry.
Take ample rest so that your nervous system relaxes.
A single thought of anxiety or stress literally creates a toll on the nerves and nervous system. So be gentle with yourself.
Only when you start respecting yourself, you can respect others.
So have a balanced lifestyle first.
Before eating your meals, observe your breath, observe your heartbeats. Let your bodily systems come into natural rhythmic functioning.
Chew each morsel properly.
Drink water sip by sip. Feeling grateful for every single drop of water that mother nature is offering is.
If you are constipated or having indigestion, gastric issues, talk to your stomach.
Youe stomach will tell you what you need to most right now.
Try to be aware of the natural flow of breath.
For creating awareness at all these levels the there are various tools.
1. Breathwork
2. Meditation
3. Aligning your body
4. Aligning your belly button.
5. Stretching - elongation of your muscles
6. Self reflection and introspection.
There always comes a point where we start afresh.
Let that be every moment.
Each moment living life with Awareness.
