Protein Bar Recipe



Ingredients:

1.5 Cup Groundnut,

0.5 Cup Jaggery,

1 Cup Dark Chocolate bar,

1 Total Cup mix seeds- Flaxseeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Chia seeds, Sunflower Seeds.

1 tsp coconut oil.

Why this:

To satiate your hunger and sweet tooth. To boost your energy. Grab and Go..No Sit and eat.

Process:

Roast Groundnuts to peanuts for about 10 mins. Cool down.

Next in another bowl mix all seeds.

Grind the seeds to coarse mixture.

Grind peanuts till smooth powder form. Add jaggery, coconut oil to above mixture and again grind till it turns into fine mixture.

Spread the above the mixture in square or rectangle vessel - steel is ideal.  Press it evenly. Freeze the mixture for 7 mins.

Another bowl heat dark chocolate with double boiler method. 

Add the seeds mixture to melted chocolate. Spread this mixture to peanut spread evenly.

Freeze this for 10 mins.

Turn the vessel upside down, tap few times s, and here it comes out.

Cut it into pieces. And relish. Share with your family and friends.

And it's done. Everytime I taste it, it is so yummy, I literally say this to myself "su vaat che" - "kya baat hain".
